What payment options can I use on my orders?
We want to make buying and renting your favourite backdrops fast and easy. We accept the following payment options:

Shipping
What are Zen Backdrops' shipping options?
For purchases outside Lagos and Nigeria, Zen Members and guests can choose their preferred shipping option during checkout — we'll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your cart based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from.
Self Pickup — Free
Free for all rental and purchase orders within Lagos. Click “PICK UP” during checkout to see if the items in your cart are eligible for pickup.
Additional Information
- If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries. A shipping confirmation email will be sent for each shipment.
- Custom orders arrive in three to six weeks — standard and expedited shipping times do not apply.
- For international shipping outside Nigeria, we'll communicate delivery dates with you via email. We are currently working on automated shipping processing.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
What is your return and cancellation policy?
Rental Returns
Please make every effort to return rented backdrops on or before the due date. Any delays will attract additional charges. If you damage a rental backdrop, you will be liable to pay a fee of ₦50,000.
Purchase Returns
You may return any purchased product within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below. You may cancel an order any time before a shipping label is created. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.
If you purchased using an offer code or gift code, that value will not be refunded or credited back if merchandise is returned. Returns are not guaranteed.
Return Procedure
You will cover the return shipping fee, and the product must be returned intact. Damaged products may not be eligible for return. Refunds are issued within 2 weeks of Zen Backdrops completing its return process.
To initiate a return, email info@zenbackdrops.com within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery — the request must be received by 11:59 PM WAT on the 30th day. Zen Backdrops reserves the right to choose the method of return and will provide further instructions.
Return Conditions
- Products must be in usable condition (no stains, tears, soiling, or odours).
- Zen Backdrops may request descriptions and photos before accepting a return.
- Failure to comply with return instructions within 1 week may result in the return being refused.
- Zen Backdrops reserves the right to refuse any return at its sole discretion.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time before a shipping label has been created. Contact us at info@zenbackdrops.com to request a cancellation.
Backdrop Care
How do I care for my backdrops?
For the best results and longevity of both rental and purchased backdrops, please follow these care tips:
- 1Avoid the use of staple pins or any sharp objects on your backdrops.
- 2Before allowing anyone to step on your backdrop, make sure they clean the soles of their shoes to avoid stains.
- 3Do not fold your backdrops. Instead, roll them onto carton rollers or PVC pipes.
- 4After every use, clean your backdrop with a soft brush. Do not wash, spill water, or use a wet cloth on your backdrop.
- 5Store your backdrops in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated room.
