Create or Sign In to Your Account

  4. 4After signing in, you can see your bookings and account details.
Remember

You need an account before you can book a rental backdrop.

Your location tells the website where you are, so it can show backdrops that can actually serve you.

What to do

  2. 2The backdrops page will show items available in your location first.
  3. 3You can still look at other locations.
  4. 4You can only book a rental in your saved location.

  4. 4Check if it is available for your location before trying to book.

Seeing a backdrop does not always mean you can book it in your location.

Book a Rental

Booking means asking Zen Backdrops to keep a backdrop for you on specific days.

What to do

  2. 2Choose your rental dates.
  3. 3Check the price, pickup point, and booking details.
  4. 4Submit your booking request.
  5. 5Pay when payment is required.
  6. 6Watch your booking page for updates.
Remember

Your booking is safest when payment and confirmation are complete.

Pay for an Order

Payment is how you tell the system, yes, I am ready to continue.
